Q: I was wondering why when I click on a size of bed, it does not show a picture of the bed because I am trying to figure out how big the bed would be and if it could accommodate 2 people. Thinking about getting the Full XL. Would that be big enough for 2 people? I need a lot of room to sleep.
Asked on 9/12/2011 by Deborah
A: Full XL is 54 x 80 inches. It can fit two people. Most people choose to go with a queen though to add the extra 6 inches of room. The queen size is 60 x 80 inches.

Q: Can you use a regular mattress and does the full size come with split controls? Thanks!
Asked on 2/12/2012 by Maureen Meldon
A: The full does not come in a split size. The bed can be used with either a regular mattress or a foam mattress- a foam mattress is preferable as it will provide the most flexibility.

Q: I have decided to go with the Ergomotion 400, but I found an online retailer selling the full size for $1,200 with taxes, free curbside delivery and include their own warranty, which is a transferable, non-prorated 100% extended lifetime warranty on all motors, the remote, and all parts for life. Can you match or beat their warranty for the same price or less? Let me know, thanks for your time and help.
Asked on 4/13/2012 by Joe
A: Feel free to call us at (800) 977 5337 and we can see about a price match. We look forward to hearing from you.

Q: If I would set this inside my sleigh bed would you need to leave off the metal retainer at the end of the bed to keep it from hitting or damaging the wood of my frame. Anything else I should know about using it with the sleigh bed?
Asked on 4/28/2012 by Tom
A: You would not need to leave off the retainer bar. It should not be hitting the edge of the bed frame. The design is a wall hugger and meant to sit inside of the bed frame. The metal bar is designed to hold the mattress in place when the head is adjusted up. This is an important feature.

Q: You only make a split king?, I want to put a regular memory foam cal king on the frame. Can you simply program the remotes (2) to work as one to move both halves together.
Asked on 5/2/2012 by Joel Marini
A: Yes- that is exactly what you can do. That way one remote would operate both sides of the bed base together. Please call (866) 805 0120 for further questions.

Q: How much is white glove shipping?
How complicated for me to put up?
I have a standard King headboard; will it fit on the split King setup?
Thanks
Asked on 5/11/2012 by Dennis Cummings
A: This will fit a standard king head board. Make sure to buy the headboard brackets too so it will connect. It is easy to assemble yourself although we do have several white glove options including in home placement and in home placement with set up and old mattress and box spring removal. The prices for that generally run $99-$149 (but are subject to change based on fuel pricing). Call (866) 805 0120 for more detailed answers.
