The Grandeur mattress includes iCare's Natural Wave Comfort Contour Core. The Natural Wave Comfort Contour Core eliminates any tossing and turning by supporting three critical pressure point zones in the shoulders, hips, and feet. There are also 10 comfort air channels that flow through the mattress. This keeps the memory foam cool throughout your night’s sleep.
