Q: 1. Does the nexgel "off-gas"? This is my biggest concern as I am chemically sensitive (thus my interest in your line of nexgel plant based products) 2. Does a nexgel mattress topper come with a 30 day guarantee? 3. If my husband (who likes a firmer bed than I do) can't sleep on it, and we thus "aren't satisfied" w/in 30 days, who pays for the shipping back to you?

A: The Nexgel product does not off gas. It is a great gel topper that breathes very well. It comes with a 30 day sleep trial and you would need to pay return shipping.

Q: I have lower back pain and poor circulation, I need a firm mattress to align my spine and a soft top cushion that does not push back (as it cuts off my circulation). I bought a Sealy cool-gel mattress which supports my back but the top is too thin and my circulation is cut off. Will the orthogel topper help me? Does it cushion without making a person feel trapped ? (I hate feeling the sensation of falling in ooze, or being unable to turn over easily).
